What is Hypnotherapy?

I offer a free up to 30 minute consultation by telephone or in some cases face to face depending on your issue. At this point there is no obligation to proceed. The consultation allows me to understand your issue and for you to ask any questions to feel comfortable and gain an understanding of hypnotherapy and what to expect.
